Hey, do you have any idea where I can get specific event information for Pride in Paris, beyond the parade on the 24th. I am visiting from 18 June – 1 July and would like to know what other events are taking place in Paris for Pride. Thanks

cari, you can check out the gay pride france site, do a google search for more information or you might want to send an email to the gay pride site or the parade and ask them if they know about events going on while you’re in paris. also, you might want to look for travel books specifically for the gay/lesbian community. i dunno if there are any good books out there, tho. lastly, when you get to paris, buy a booklet at a news stand called, “pariscope,” it lists all the current events going on for the week. while you’re at a news stand, check it out for other magazines that might help you find more specific things to do. have fun.
