Vraiment . . . Colmar . . . ca c’est domage parce que l’orginal est a Bruxelles en Belguique. Pas tres original pour Colmar.
Really . . . in Colmar . . . what a shame because the original is in Brusselles Belguim. Pretty embarassing for Colmar to copy a classic. They can do so much better! (I truly hope this is simply a mislabeled image and is really a photo of the Belgian Mannekin Pis.)

We saw one like this in Belgium! They dress it up with all kinds of costumes though.
