Don't know, maybe he just climbed 8 stairs because he was late and couldn't wait for the elevator, or maybe he just run (but he's used to run, even in frot of the cameras. I heard from a doctor on the radion that he doesn't run the good way. The way he puts his feet down on the ground means he has back problems, and so on). He was coming out of a meeting with Putin, perhaps old Vlad challenged his skills at handling vodka -- which can have some serious "kaboom" effects on someone who never drinks, as Sarko pretends.
