There are several prints from 1910 by Villemard at the La Bibliothèque nationale de France that show what the artist envisions in the year 2000: Flying firemen and police, flying cars, robotic hair dressers, chemical dinner (because there is no more food I suppose), heating with radium at home(!) and more fun ones.
