You can in fact take the train a vapeur, it will take you to the bambouseraie. You were probably a few meters from it , since it's in Generargues if i remember well. You have to take a turn on a very steep turn, you'll see some sort of restaurant from the road, it's right there.

Exactly where the Bambouserai is located? I know it's 2km north of Anfuze, somewhere off the Route de Generargues - D129 on the right bank of the Gardon d'Anduze...perhaps after the L'Amous Viaduc, where the Train a Vapeur des Cevennes railtrack goes over (crossing) D129? Perhaps left (near the Gardon) or right of Montsauve...before reaching Generargues? Perhaps just left of Picadenoux road...north or south of Montsauve...or maybe this narrow road is in the middle of La Bambouseraie? Perhaps closer to the Mescladau Viaduc near the elbow of the northbound D50 (the space between Le Gardon d'Anduze and Picadenoux)? Is Ruisseau d'Amous part of La Bambouseraie? An area and street map of La Bambouseraie, including my references would by greatly appreciated?
