		<description>I read about this first in the local newspaper... and it&#039;s not the first instance of man&#039;s effect on the sex of fish - there have been a number of recent findings on freshwater fish sex changes in Scotland, for example.

However, it seems the French are not too deterred - last time they just imported loads of oysters from Japan.  Meanwhile, we seem to have plenty of oysters in the market at Thiviers.</description>
