Yeah, sure. The truth is that the USDA is a bought-and-paid-for operation that has monopolized all aspects of our nutritional sources–for Monsanto. Americans have long since forgotten what wholesome means, although a few of us never forgot the 60′s.

Lately, I have subsisted on much less carbs and lot of yogurt. Nancy Lee Bentley’s book, Truly Cultured brought me to understand the importance of ingesting a stream of active lactobacillus. To get there you need to buy only the plain yogurt and keifers. Add some ‘fruit only’ preserves just before mealtime.

hadn’t read that kat. it’s good to know the ppl in italy have that option too.
