Fantastic image. Hope you don’t mind that I downloaded it and mailed to a lot of friends back home. I’ve been saving the papers but am glad to have your collage.

Thnaks you for those…
I also loved the canard enchaine front title : L’amerique n’a plus peur du noir, which would translate as “America is not afraid of dark anymore”, link here http://www.canardenchaine.com/une4593.html

I’m gonna puke. Seriously, is there a low the french won’t stoop to ?

In 1995, before he shot down the idea of running for the presidency, Colin Powell was leading Clinton 51 to 41 in the polls. 1995.

And, seriously, french people making that kind of snarky comment is like having your neighbor, whose backyard is so dirty it’s become a landfill, congratulate your for picking up a piece of paper off your otherwise clean lawn.

putting politically incorrect copy aside, i really think that whoever wrote that was more interested in having a play on words more so than actually offending (whether it did or not). of course i have no idea and as a person who is NOT white, i oftentimes lean toward the negative connotation regarding race, but i don’t find this to be the case this time. (ok, so i admit i don’t really WANT this to be the case.)
