pistachios fruits secs

My mum-in-law knows I like pistachio nuts and so she got me this bag…of fruits secs. In this case, “fruits secs” means pistachios. Got that? Good. French lesson: over. Oh wait. In French Fruits secs means DRIED FRUIT.

Well, maybe in the “fruits au noyau” sense? Or, maybe just extra bags.

Nuts are parts of the “fruits secs” category of food, that’s all.

LOL. you have a great sense of humour, but trust me the labels on products made in china really are “nutty” !!! Even some of their greeting card messages are weird. I’d love to know who their English advisers are. And get this : We have a place called The Lucky Duck restaurant, lol I can just hear the ducks yelling , “Says who???
