that is awful! I often wish that the ground would spit back at people who spit on the ground, and building would spray back at those who spray them, you would probably see a lot of blue people around!!

Graffiti anywhere in Europe always surprises me. I suppose it just means that Europeans have no respect for the beauty that surrounds them.
